Francis “Ben” Bonafiglia Happiness House Golf Tournament

The Francis “Ben” Bonafiglia Happiness House Foundation Golf Tournament, proudly presented by the Bonafiglia family, will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at Seneca Falls Country Club in Seneca Falls, NY. Registration and a continental breakfast will begin at 8:30 am. The honorary chair for this year’s tournament is Jeff Panek, Director of Health, Physical Education & Athletics at Waterloo Central Schools. Jeff is an avid supporter of Happiness House for many years and has played in the Golf Tournament for 10 years.
He also has spent many years volunteering in the community coaching youth programs in basketball, baseball, and softball.
Jeff and his wife, Allison have two children, Jillian and Michael. Both children attended Happiness House’s UPK program in Waterloo; Michael continues at Happiness House in the integrated pre-school program. “Happiness House and the Autism Program provided Michael with a solid foundation for his academic success,” Jeff said.
The $125 fee per golfer includes: 18 holes of golf with a cart, special gifts from Happiness House and the Bonafiglia family, continental breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Golfers can also participate in raffle prize drawings including: Golf Lesson Series, courtesy of The Golf Farm Teaching Center, Ray Ziats, P.G.A.; a $100 gift card to Eastview Mall; and a Frigidaire 8-bottle wine chiller, courtesy of Lowe’s in Canandaigua; and several tournament prizes. Happiness House- Finger Lakes United Cerebral Palsy, Inc. is an educational, residential, private nonprofit health and human service agency that has been serving communities in the Finger Lakes region in Upstate New York since 1969. Today with sites in Canandaigua, Geneva, Gorham, South Seneca, and Waterloo, Happiness House offers an array of programs and services for children and adults with and without disabilities who reside in Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates counties.
